Polish Mushroom
Goulash
Recipe Ingredients:
2 tb Oil
2 Onions, chopped
1 lb Wild Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb White Mushrooms, chopped
1 can of Tomatoes, chopped
4 Peppers (Bell)
1 cup Yoghurt
1 ts Paprika
1/2 cup Sour Cream
Chopped Parsley (or Coriander)
Salt and Pepper
Recipe Instructions:

Soak dried wild mushrooms overnight.

Heat oil in a large pan. Add onions and cook until
slightly brown. Add paprika, salt and pepper, and cook for another
minute or two.

Add wild mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes and cook
for 15 minutes.

Add White Mushrooms and stir well. Cook together
for 5 more minutes.

Remove from the heat and add the yoghurt and cream,
stir well, and serve immediately on a bed of rice. Garnish
with chopped parsley or coriander.
