Wild Mushroom Sauce with WineRecipe Ingredients 1 1/2 tbsp. butter1 1/2 tbsp. oil 1 lb. wild mushrooms 1/2 tbsp. garlic (powdered) 1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion 1 cup meat stock 1/2 tsp. parsley (chopped) 1 c. wine Salt Pepper Sour cream (6 oz.)
Recipe Instructions Saute sliced wild mushrooms in butter and oil. Add all the ingredients, except for the sour cream. Let simmer 45 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in (6 ounce) sour cream. Serve over chicken or other meat.
